VanderPloeg Consulting started as a thought years ago and became a reality in 2007. It's President, Mark VanderPloeg, a 30 year veteran of the Credit and Collections Industry wanted to provide a service that none of the big national companies were providing to small and medium sized businesses. That business is VanderPloeg Consulting.

Our experience ranges from managing collection call centres to creating 1st party call centre operations for a wide range of credit granters in the US and Canada. The clients we have worked with include Commercial Enterprises, all Canadian Banks and Credit and Charge Card issuers in the US and Canada.
